Why six months
Regains don't start
on day one.
Mine started after the plan ended. Both times. Six months is not a round number I picked. It is long enough that your plan is still standing when the dangerous months arrive.
Twelve months laid out as a ruler. Regains most often begin between months four and six. The six-month plan runs past the far edge of that window.
I am not pointing at that window to scare you. I am pointing at it because I lived in it twice, and the plan that finally worked was the one that was still there when I hit it.

What if I've failed at this before?
Then we will get along. I lost over 100 pounds and gained back more than I lost before I ever kept it off. The application asks what happened last time. Answer it straight and this attempt gets built around it.
Do I need a gym?
No. Your program is built around what you actually have: a garage, a pair of dumbbells, or a full gym. Equipment is ideal, but not a requirement.
Is this online or in person?
Online anywhere. In person if you are near JJ in Utah. Same coaching either way.
When do I find out if I'm in?
JJ reviews every application, and will reach out personally if it's a fit.

I take a limited number of 1:1 clients so I can actually be present for each one. Tell me where you are and what has happened before, and I will get back to you personally.

- If we're a fit, I'll reach out and we'll get you started.
- If we're not, I'll tell you that too, and point you somewhere useful.
