I know why
you gainedit back.

I lost over 100 pounds. Then I gained all of it back, and more. After losing 140 pounds the second time I found the difference between just losing the weight, and maintaining the body I used to dream about. I coach the people who have already tried.

The part nobody posts

Most trainers show you
one arrow going down.

Mine goes down, back up, and down again. That middle part is the reason I am worth hiring. I have been on both sides of the regain, and I know exactly how it happens.

If you have lost it before and gained it back, you are not starting over. You are starting from experience. Most people just never had anyone who understood the second half of that graph. The dashed line is the job: the same loss, without the second climb. That is what my help is for.

I was the biggest guy in every room I walked into. I knew it the second I got there, and I spent the whole time managing it. Where I sat. How I stood in photos. Whether I was in the photo at all.

So I lost the weight. Over a hundred pounds of it. And I found out something nobody warns you about, which is that losing it is not the hard part. Keeping it off is a completely different skill, and I did not have it yet.

It came back. All of it, and then thirty pounds I had never carried before. That was worse than being big in the first place, because now I knew exactly what I had thrown away.

So I did it again. A hundred and forty pounds, the second time. Except this time I did not just get smaller, I got strong. I stopped dieting and started training. I learned the things I should have learned the first time, and I got certified so I could stop guessing.

I got married. I became a dad. And somewhere in there I stopped flinching when someone pulled out a camera.

The second time is not a failure. It is the only reason I know what I am talking about.

I am not going to tell you this is easy, and I am not going to sell you a thirty day anything. What I will tell you is that I have been exactly where you are, twice, and I came back from it twice. I know the road.

Let's start yours

Written before any of it happened

Plan A

This was my list. Not goals, not resolutions. A list of things I decided were going to be true about me. Every one of them is now.

  • Done Lose the weight
  • Done Get in shape
  • Done Become a better husband and father
  • Done Stop hiding from the camera
  • Done Learn to love myself

There is no Plan B. Write yours, and I will help you finish it.

What 1:1 actually means

One coach.
One plan. Yours.

01 · Training

Built around your life

Your schedule, your equipment, your injuries, your starting point. A program written for you, adjusted as you change, not a PDF that gets sent to everyone.

02 · Nutrition

Food you'll actually eat

No elimination, no cleanse, no thirty day reset. We build a way of eating you can hold onto after the weight comes off, because that is the part that decides whether it stays off.

03 · Accountability

Someone who notices

Weekly check-ins and adjustments to your plan based on your progress. 24/7 open communication so I'm always there for you when you need someone in your corner.
